There has been a lot of things said about the Grand Canyon and you would be hard pressed to find anyone who has not heard of it. There are many ways to visit the canyon both from the north and south rims. Most of the activity is at the south rim but a visit to the north rim is equally as fascinating. Miss Lynn and I have been here a couple of times and it is always been fun, breathtaking and a great experience all the way around.

We once took the train from Williams Arizona to the south rim.
Take the Train

The canyon is roughly 277 miles long and approximately 18 miles wide at the widest and 6,093 feet deep. It is one enormous hole and well worth your time to visit.

We have visited several times and we will get back there several more. New pictures will be posted soon.

The great thing about the North Rim?

It is always uncrowded and relaxed. It only gets about 10% of the canyon visitors, which makes it a great spot for that romantic getaway.

And the views are equally as spectacular.
